Creating a socially responsible world of print through diversity and inclusivity.

At Macan, our mission is to revolutionise the printing industry to embody social responsibility. For more than a decade, Macan has been singularly devoted to the craft of print, striving to provide the finest printing experience for individuals worldwide while meeting the distinctive aesthetic needs and aspirations of every client.

Empowering Through Inclusivity: Transforming Lives and Careers

Through our inclusive business model as an integrative workshop, Macan collaborates with partners and organisations to provide long-term employment opportunities for vulnerable individuals, including women and those with disabilities. Our workforce comprises over 60% individuals with disabilities, with 60% of leadership positions held by women, including 50% at the C-level.

Recognising the importance of creating opportunities and visible role models, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment.

What is an integrative workshop?

An integrative workshop employs individuals with disabilities, assessed by a rehabilitation center that can achieve 30% to 70% of expected work efficiency. Comprising a minimum of 40% disabled employees, the workshop provides professional support and supervision. Staffed by professional workers and instructors, it allocates at least 75% of profits to enhance working conditions, education, training, and other developmental initiatives for greater employability of individuals with disabilities.

What does it mean for you as our client?

The quota employment regulation in the Republic of Croatia mandates employers with over 20 employees to hire people with disabilities, constituting 3% of their workforce, with certain entities and sectors as exceptions. Employers not meeting the quota must explore alternative fulfilment methods, such as entering contracts for business cooperation with integrative workshops.
